Uptown Palace Hotel Milan is in a quieter part of Milan. Conveniently located with the Metro and trams practically outside the hotel. Milan Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II Milan\u00a0is just a couple of stops away (or less than a 15 minute walk).\u00a0It is surrounded by some wonderful cafes, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. Also some great shopping, which for me, is always a bonus.\u00a0The nightlife around the hotel is almost non-existent. However, the Canal district is only a ten minute ride away. It has many restaurants and bars, and it is always buzzing with people.<\/p>\n

Uptown Palace Hotel Milan<\/strong> spreads over 14 floors and has 158 elegant and comfortable rooms\u00a0to offer.\u00a0Rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. Although not the biggest, they are very functional and plenty of storage is available.\u00a0Each room features a coffeemaker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A minibar, a\u00a0desk, and a safe for your belongings.\u00a0Private bathrooms are equipped with shower\/tub combinations and bidet. They come with bathrobe and slippers. They also provide a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.\u00a0Wi-Fi is available in the guestroom for an additional charge. It’s free in the hotel\u2019s public areas.\u00a0The Presidential Suite and four of the Executive suites on the upper floors have wonderful views of the Duomo, and of the rooftops of the city.<\/p>\n

Start the day with an included hearty breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. Uptown Restaurant also serves a wide range of traditional Italian cuisine for\u00a0lunch and dinner.\u00a0The wait staff are always very nice and polite.\u00a0The bar area is also very welcoming, with tasty nibbles served alongside your drinks.<\/p>\n

The hotel has a hair salon and spa on site. The staff in the spa\u00a0offers soothing massages and beauty treatments for those who wish to be pampered.<\/p>\n

Fitness center has plenty of cardio machines and weight-training equipment. And after your workout, enjoy a nice relaxing session in the sauna.<\/p>\n
