<\/a><\/p>\n[tab name=”Description”] Located just a hundred yards from the beach, Hotel Lidomare has magnificent views across the Amalfi Coast.\u00a0It is situated in an extremely central location in Amalfi. Essentially it is in the middle of town, very close to all that there’s to see and do in Amalfi. It is within close proximity of the bus terminal, Cloister of Paradise and Amalfi Cathedral.\u00a0Steps from the common courtyard will lead\u00a0you right into the main piazza and Duomo.\u00a0There are a ton of\u00a0restaurants, cafes, and bars all\u00a0within easy walking distance of the hotel.<\/p>\n Hotel Lidomare Amalfi<\/strong> is a family run business, and has a feel of an\u00a0old-fashioned European mansion. Inside there are beautiful mosaic tiles, antique furniture, a charming library, and small little knick knacks\u00a0through out the hotel.<\/p>\n Hotel Lidomare Amalfi\u00a0features fifteen rooms.\u00a0Lovely rooms with high ceilings, filled with nice old dark wood furniture.\u00a0Some come with sea views and a balcony, and some have both. All\u00a0rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.\u00a0Bathrooms are a bit small, but well laid out. Nice mosaic tiles and immaculately clean.\u00a0Some come with jacuzzi bathtubs.<\/p>\n Yes, there are fair amount of steps\u00a0up to the hotel to deal with. Just be\u00a0prepared to carry your luggage up and down. But it is a very hilly region, and can’t be helped. So it’s to be expected, and it’s just part of the charm. If you are not so mobile it could be a problem.<\/p>\n Hotel Lidomare Amalfi has 24-hour front desk service.\u00a0The staff are delightful and so\u00a0friendly, as well as helpful.\u00a0The owners speak very good English.<\/p>\n Breakfast is the usual continental style.
