Towering majestically\u00a0over Amalfi on the edge of town,\u00a0this villa has peace and tranquility in abundance. It’s set a little back from the main hustle of the town, yet only minutes walk away from restaurants, shops, the town center\u00a0and sites of Amalfi.\u00a0It’s also within easy walking distance to the ferries and buses, so you can visit the nearby towns.<\/p>\n It’s a walk uphill to reach the villa. There is a choice to take the steps (over 250) or use the elevator that is built in the mountain.\u00a0The communal areas are bright and airy. They are immaculate and tastefully decorated. With a delightful\u00a0terrace and a garden patio to enjoy the wonderful views over the rooftops of Amalfi and the\u00a0lemon groves.<\/p>\n Villa Lara Hotel Amalfi<\/strong>\u00a0is a small charming hotel, featuring seven different and unique rooms. Simply decorated, modern and and well appointed.\u00a0All rooms have cable TV, air conditioning and heating, safe, and minibar. Bathrooms come with a tub or shower, and a hairdryer.\u00a0House keeping does a terrific job cleaning your room every day.<\/p>\n Friendly staff will welcome you and make you feel at home.\u00a0Helpful at all times, nothing is too much trouble. There is always somebody around to speak to, and everyone speaks very good English.\u00a0They know the town really well and will book restaurant reservations, and provide information for all your excursions.<\/p>\n Breakfast is enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a panoramic view of surrounding cliffs framing harbor below. It’s served buffet style\u00a0which includes, fresh Italian bread, meats, and cheeses. They also offer cereals, fruit, pastries and homemade lemon cake.
