It oozes old fashioned Italian charm, while keeping all modern facilities.\u00a0It\u00a0is\u00a0situated on a cliff\u00a0with most spectacular views of the stunning coastline.\u00a0The area is peaceful because of its excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the center.\u00a0It is within an easy walking distance (ten minute walk) \u00a0of bars, restaurants and lots of shops.\u00a0A little bit more on the way back to the hotel, as its uphill.\u00a0The views along the road over the bay are magnificent. Just be careful, certain parts of the street can get quite narrow.<\/p>\n Minerva Hotel Sorrento<\/strong>\u00a0has sixty three rooms to offer. Fifty two of them have sea views.\u00a0There are several different rooms to choose from. All of them are comfortable and spotlessly\u00a0clean. Tastefully furnished and decorated.\u00a0All have private bathrooms. Satellite TV. Air conditioning. Mini-bar, safe. Each room has plenty of hanging and draw space.\u00a0Rooms cleaned, and fresh towels provided every day. They also provide a hair dryer.Free\u00a0Wi-Fi connection throughout hotel.<\/p>\n The staff at Minerva Hotel Sorrento\u00a0are exceptional. They all speak English. Welcoming and accommodating, and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one at this charming hotel.\u00a0Starting with the bellman. To the friendly reception desk, waitstaff and housekeeping. And especially, the warm smiles of the cheerful\u00a0owner.<\/p>\n A buffet breakfast is served on the main floor patio area overlooking the waters below and the city of Sorrento. The food is excellent and plentiful.\u00a0An offer of sweet and savory. Which includes; bread, meats and cheese. Pastries, cakes, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Coffee, tea, and juices.<\/p>\n The pool area is very well kept. Towels are complementary, so no need to waste luggage space taking your own. The loungers (sunbeds) are all of very high quality. The pool is on the roof, and the views from here are spectacular. The pool bar offers a variety of light lunches, so you don’t need to leave.<\/p>\n The restaurant inside the hotel is splendid. The menu is varied each night so it doesn’t get repetitive. It is obvious they take pride in what they do and seek to provide the best food and service possible.<\/p>\n If you wish to workout while you are there, they have a fitness center with new equipment.<\/p>\n When booking a room, try for the main hotel.
