They did a wonderful job to retain all off its style and charm, while bringing the hotel into the 21st century in terms of comfort and technology. Everything in this hotel is quite luxurious. The furnishings, the linens, the artwork and chandeliers.\u00a0They have 91 rooms and suites to choose from. All\u00a0rooms are beautifully appointed.\u00a0Wi-Fi is free and always works, no exceptions. Rooms have US electrical plug so you do not need an adapter.<\/p>\n As soon as you arrive, you feel the warmth of the customer service which is second to none. They go the extra mile to accommodate you and make you feel welcomed.\u00a0From check in and throughout your stay. Starting with front desk, bar, restaurant, or spa the service really is faultless in being welcoming and helpful at all times.\u00a0\u00a0Housekeeping staff can’t do enough for you.<\/p>\n Breakfast on the terrace is an amazing experience. Abundant and delicious,\u00a0standard hot and cold options.<\/p>\n The balcony overlooking The Grand Canal\u00a0is incredible. Very romantic, especially at night time.<\/p>\n They offer a spa service (Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Spa). They have a fitness facility. Casual dining at Bar Longhi, and a more formal restaurant (Club del Doge Restaurant Venice).<\/p>\n For an additional charge, they offer airport service. The transportation is excellent. Private boat will take you to cab that is waiting for you.
