However, don&#8217;t let that scare you away.\u00a0You have an opportunity\u00a0to see so many more places you wouldn&#8217;t have found otherwise. It&#8217;s a great way to discover the rest of Venice outside of the famous St Mark\u2019s Square.\u00a0It&#8217;s about a 20 minute walk to reach all the main attractions of the city. The famous square, with St Marks Clock Tower Venice, the Correr Museum and The Doges Palace Venice\u00a0(Palazzo Ducale).\u00a0A vaporetto stop is also very close so this is a great location. It\u00a0is a short walk from the train station. Go over the bridge, take a right down the first street you see. Go over the small bridge and you will soon come to a small courtyard. It is on the corner on the right.<\/p>\n<p>The staff is first class at all times. English speaking staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate. They will assist with local restaurant choices. Supply maps and guidance, anything you may need.\u00a0Housekeeping also deserves high marks for the spotlessly clean rooms and common areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotel Canal Grande Venice<\/strong> has four different room types to choose from.\u00a0Grand Canal Prestige Double Room. Prestige Double Room. Grand Canal Elegant Suite. Prestige Junior Suite<\/p>\n<p>Rooms are beautifully finished in true Venetian style, well maintained and very clean.\u00a0They are equipped with the most modern amenities; satellite TV, WiFi, a safe, and heating\/air conditioning. Bathrooms are nice, clean. Comes with standard toiletries. It\u00a0has a heated towel rack which is awesome. The shower is a little small, but it&#8217;s not like you spend a lot time in there.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast is included. It&#8217;s the standard continental meats, cheeses and scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit, pastries, cereals and yogurts.
