On February 17, 1600, Bruno Giordano was burned at the stake by the Roman Inquisition for heresy. Giordano was an Italian Dominican Friar, philosopher, mathematician and astronomer. Bars are full of people and spilling out into the sidewalk.<\/p>\n<p>Day or night you will enjoy the atmosphere, it is always alive with Roman flavors, sounds and culture.<\/p>\n<p>Campo de Fiori is positioned close to both the theater of Pompeii and the Tiber River. It is an ancient building of the Roman Republic era. It was built between 61 BC and 55 BC.
